Born July 3, 1935, a son of the late Albert and Mildred Neil (East Noel, Hants Co.). He is survived by daughters, Karen and Debbie; sons, Michael and Robert, all of Winnipeg; wife, Edna; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. He is survived by sister, Isabel Pratt of Lower Sackville; brothers, Allen (Sheila) and Gordon, both of Truro. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Charles (of Elgin); Graham, Wilfred, Garfield, Robert, Annie, Prescilla, Willis, Alvin, Addison and Mosher.
