MILLER, Randall Eugene - 50, Dartmouth, formerly of Upper Kennetcook, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2008, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born June 2, 1958, in Upper Kennetcook, he was a son of Reginald Miller, Upper Kennetcook, and Betty Brown, Truro. Randy worked for 19 years with the Moir Chocolate Factory until it closed last year. He enjoyed fishing and getting away to the hunting camp every fall for a hunt. He also enjoyed four-wheeling and playing cards, and had a great sense of humour. He will be greatly missed by his family, especially his grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He is survived by daughters, Glenda Miller, Dartmouth; Paula Miller, Calgary; son Daniel, Toronto; stepdaughter, Amanda Martin, Dartmouth; sister, Janice Miller, Dartmouth; brothers, Robin, Upper Kennetcook, and Wade, Dartmouth; several nieces and nephews, and special friend, Wendie Frost. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 29, from 7-9 p.m. and funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m., both in J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Highway 354, Kennetcook, Chuck Paterson officiating, with private family interment in St. Peter's Anglican Church Cemetery, Upper Kennetcook.
